Orders, Shipping & Returns
We don’t offer a formal warranty but we stand behind everything we manufacture. We’re always happy to offer tips on how to care for your items so they last as long as possible.
Vinyl die-cut stickers are water-resistant and great for indoor use—many last for 1–3 years depending on surface and exposure.
Decals and commercial graphics made with high-performance vinyl can last 5–7 years (or more!) with proper care.
Car magnets can last for years when cared for properly. For best results, wipe them clean regularly, and avoid leaving them on your vehicle during cold, damp, or extreme weather. We recommend removing them when not in use and storing them flat in a clean, dry place to prevent warping or damage.
If you ever receive something damaged or defective, please contact us—we’ll make it right. We want you to feel confident in your order and fully enjoy the products you receive from us!
We’re proud to offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $35 or more (before tax and after discounts)—because we know every dollar counts, and we want your shopping experience to feel as good as your order looks.

What’s not included?

- International orders (we currently only ship within the U.S.)

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts—perfect for giving someone creative freedom to choose what they love. Gift cards are delivered via email and never expire.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Most of our orders ship via USPS, which includes tracking on all packages—even the smallest ones!
If we ever use a different carrier for a larger or custom order (like UPS), your tracking number will still be emailed to you automatically.

We always do our best to ship your order out as quickly as possible—sometimes even the same day! On busier days, most in-stock items head out within 3–5 business days. Custom or larger orders may take a bit more time, but don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll never be left wondering where your order is!
We do our best to get your order out the door within 1–3 business days. All packages ship from California using USPS with tracking via our Rollo label system. Once your package is on its way, delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather delays, or USPS service disruptions—we appreciate your patience if that happens. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep!
Bulk or custom orders may take a little longer, depending on the scope of the project—but we’ll always keep you informed. Need it faster? Reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush!
At this time, we ship only within the U.S.
We don’t accept returns, but we want you to be completely happy with your order. Because many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, returns can be tricky—and we want to ensure every product we send out is fresh, clean, and created just for you.
That said, if something arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please let us know right away—we’ll absolutely make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable once finalized, but we’re always happy to discuss your project beforehand to make sure it’s just what you need.
If you’re ever unsure about something before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out—we love helping our customers find the perfect fit!
We do our best to package and ship every order with care, but sometimes things happen once it leaves our hands. Here’s how we can help:
- If your order is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
Double-check with neighbors or your local post office—sometimes packages are mis-scanned or left in a hidden spot. - If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 business days past the expected delivery date:
Contact us with your order number, and we’ll open a case with USPS to help track it down. - If your order arrives damaged:
Please reach out right away! Send us a photo of the packaging and item, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
While we can’t take responsibility for packages that show as “delivered” but go missing, we understand that things happen. If you’ve had multiple successful orders with us—or if this is your very first order and something goes wrong—we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement.

Payments
We don’t currently offer financing options like Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm—but never say never! As a small business, we’re keeping things simple for now so we can focus on creating quality products and great service. That said, we’re always paying attention to what our customers need, and flexible payment options may be something we offer down the road.

You can check your balance at any time by visiting our Gift Card Balance Page and entering your gift card code. You’ll also see your remaining balance at checkout whenever you use your gift card.
We accept a variety of payment methods to make checkout smooth and stress-free! Through our secure checkout (powered by Stripe), you can use all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, and if your device supports it, Apple Pay may be available at checkout as well.
For local orders or in-person events like farmers markets and car shows, we also welcome Venmo, Zelle, and cash. If you’re placing a custom order or prefer to use one of these alternate payment methods online, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to make it work for you!
Stickers, Decals & Merch
Yes! Our die-cut stickers are made from high-quality vinyl and feature a protective laminate, making them durable and water-resistant—perfect for water bottles, laptops, notebooks, and more.
Sticker sheets aren’t laminated, but they still offer light water resistance. We intentionally leave them unlaminated to keep them slim and journal-friendly—ideal for planners, bullet journals, and creative projects where a thinner profile matters.
While our die-cut stickers can be used outdoors, their durability will depend on exposure. If kept out of direct sun, heavy rain, or extreme weather, they may hold up for 1–3 years. However, they’re best suited for indoor use.
For long-term outdoor applications—like bumpers, windows, or signage—we recommend our vinyl decals instead, which are rated for 5–7 years outdoors.
Note: Stickers from our sticker sheets are intended for indoor use only and should not be used outdoors.
Applying a vinyl decal or die-cut sticker is easier than it looks—and yes, you can reposition them using the wet application method! For smaller items, the dry method works great: just peel, stick, and smooth it down with a squeegee or credit card.
For larger pieces or when precise placement matters, the wet method gives you a little extra flexibility. Lightly misting the surface helps you adjust the decal before it fully sticks. And to make things even easier, we’ve created SureMist™—our ready-to-use application spray designed to take the guesswork out of the application process.
SureMist™ is available in our shop and as an add-on at checkout—so it’s easy to grab right when you need it. Plus, it’s great for use with most other vinyl decals or stickers, too—so you can keep it on hand for future projects. We’ll also be releasing a step-by-step video soon to walk you through both application methods.

Stickers are printed, peel-and-stick designs—perfect for fun, everyday use on laptops, water bottles, notebooks, and more. Decals are made from precision-cut vinyl and applied using transfer tape. They’re great for both personal and professional use, whether you’re decorating a water bottle or branding a vehicle, window, or wall. The main difference comes down to style and purpose—stickers are ideal for casual flair, while decals offer a clean, polished look for more permanent or commercial applications.
Our stickers and decals are made from high-quality materials and are designed to be easily removable from most smooth surfaces, including glass, plastic, and metal. In some cases, a small amount of adhesive residue may remain. This can typically be removed using rubbing alcohol or a gentle adhesive remover.
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for any cleaning products, and test them on a small, hidden area first. StreetStyle Stix is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the removal or cleaning process.

Minimums? Maybe—but only when needed! It all depends on the product. For certain items like buttons, vinyl decals or bulk sticker packs, we may require a minimum quantity to make production efficient. But don’t worry—we’ll always be upfront and transparent, and we’ll work with you to find the best fit for your needs.
Commercial Vinyl Graphics
You don’t need to sign a formal contract—but for larger custom or commercial projects, we’ll provide a clear written estimate so we’re all on the same page. This includes the project scope, timeline, pricing, and any special details we’ve discussed.
Estimates are typically sent as a PDF via email, and we’ll also include design boards or mockups so you can visualize what the finished product will look like. Whether it’s a storefront window, a work vehicle, or another custom piece, we want you to feel confident and excited about how it will all come together.
For most custom work, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit up front, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or completion.

If you’re ordering something like a car magnet and you’re local (within 10 miles of our home base), we’re happy to arrange free local delivery. Otherwise, we’re always glad to ship it straight to your door.
