We want you to love everything you order from us! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable items
- Custom orders or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used merchandise (including sticker sheets and die cuts)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the funds.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Reach out to your bank—processing times vary

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If this happens, send us an email at customercare@streetstylestix.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of you.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped to you, we’ll issue a store credit or gift certificate for the value of the return. If not, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return without it.
